Confinement et médiation professionnelle de voisinage

Relationships during confinement can be difficult, even more so if they are not on solid footing. During the Covid-19 lockdown period, professional mediators in France have been playing an important role in the front lines by volunteering their services and making their platforms available to those in need. Since March, nearly 1000 people have benefited from EPMN’s Workplace Relational Quality eLearning course at no cost and more than 80 professional mediators have been available around the clock to assist in conflict resolution requests received via https://www.allomediateur.com.

TF1, France’s most popular television network, recently reported on a four-year conflict between neighbours which was quickly resolved through the guidance of Professional Mediator Youlun Eon. Mediateur.fr followed up with an interview of her on how a mediation like this is conducted and the evolving role of mediator using these methods to reach consessus.
